Walkerweld are a welding specialist company based in Glasgow. They came to us when they realised they badly needed to refresh their existing site. As the old one wasn’t fit for the times anymore, and they had seen what a great job we had made of another business within their group. The new website was to promote the services they cover including mobile welding, fabrication, steelwork and engineering services in Glasgow, from individual welding jobs to larger specialised projects on heavy plant, construction, marine machinery and cargo fastening.

We find this happens many times, as when someone finds a great design agency who can walk the walk and not just talk a good game, they are to be cherished then as a valuable asset to their company. So it comes as no surprise to us we gain so much work from our existing clients or by their word of mouth.

We came up with a few visuals for them and they loved it from the very start. So we then coded the website and had it ready to replace the old website in 2-3 weeks from start. Content was supplied by the client with us enriching the imagery used throughout the site via our supplied photography.

The new website was created fully coded for web responsive so no matter which device a user views the website on, it looks great on desktop, mobile and tablet. All websites should now be at the very least responsive, so you don’t lost any users who can’t view your website proper on mobile phones or tablets. In 2015 online web surfers on mobile devices took over the majority from desktop users, so don’t turn your back on this massive marketplace.

We then started Walkerwelds SEO campaign seeing them start to rise in the search ranks for several of their selected keywords. The seo boost they got from this was great for the investment they made giving them fabulous Glasgow driven keyword results.

We created a folder brochure for them to send out as information or quotes to their clients. It contains various A4 inserts promoting all their services. This makes the folder brochure last the test of time as inserts can be easy updated to suit as the services adapt and change.
